Emergency Repairs Program

The Robbinsville Emergency Repairs Program (RERP) offers interest-free emergency repair loans up to $20,000 to eligible families who own affordable homes in the township. The loan can be used for necessary repairs or replacements such as leaking roofs, failing furnaces, electrical or plumbing problems, and kitchen/bathroom deterioration. The loan is forgiven after 6 years with no repayment required. To be placed on the waiting list, applicants must complete a preliminary application and submit it to Cheressa DiNatale, Municipal Housing Liaison, at the provided address.
