Planning Board Application

This document contains the application form and instructions for applicants seeking approvals from the Borough of Roosevelt Planning Board. The Planning Board reviews applications requiring exceptions from the Borough's Land Use Ordinance, such as site plans, subdivisions, conditional uses, and variances. Applicants are encouraged to consult with the Borough Zoning Officer before submitting an application. The application process involves submitting various documents, including the Development Application, Application Checklist, payment of Escrow and Application Fees, Statement of Corporate Ownership, Certified List of Property Owners, and other relevant materials. Applicants are also responsible for notifying property owners within 200 feet of the subject property and providing public notice of the hearing.
