[RFP #35-2026] County Counsel Labor and Personnel Counsel 2nd Post

The County of Union is seeking proposals for professional legal services in two distinct areas: Labor and Personnel Counsel (2nd Post) and Litigation/Defense and General Counsel (3rd Post). Both solicitations are for services to be provided from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Proposals are due on May 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT. Firms that previously submitted for earlier RFQs do not need to resubmit. The County is also soliciting proposals for a Limited Scope Concept Development Study for two transportation corridors (Jefferson Avenue and Plainfield Avenue) in Union County, with proposals due on June 10, 2026, at 11:00 am. Lastly, the County is seeking proposals for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (UC-HOME) to fund affordable housing initiatives, with proposals due on June 11, 2026, at 11:30 am. This program aims to partner with non-profit organizations and private developers and has an estimated availability of approximately $3,100,000.00 in HOME funds.
