Boardwalk Reconstruction Phase 2 – F Street to Island Avenue

The Borough of Seaside Park, County of Ocean, New Jersey, is soliciting sealed bids for the "Reconstruction of Boardwalk Phase 2 – F Street to Island Avenue." This significant public works project entails the comprehensive removal and replacement of the existing boardwalk structure. The absolute deadline for bid submission is May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM prevailing time, at which point bids will be publicly unsealed. Each Bid Packet must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a New Jersey authorized surety company and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check, payable to "Borough of Seaside Park," for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract amount.
