December 08, 2020 Bid for Municipal Building

The Borough of Ship Bottom, New Jersey, is soliciting bids from general contractors for the construction of a new municipal building. The project encompasses all labor, materials, services, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the building's complete construction, as detailed in the contract documents prepared by The Goldstein Partnership, Architects. Upon completion of the new building, the contractor will be responsible for demolishing the existing municipal building. The work must be completed within 660 calendar days of contract award. An optional pre-bid walk-through of the existing building is available on December 21, 2020, if scheduled by December 18, 2020.
