Notice to Bidders – John J. Guld Recreation Area Improv.

The Borough of Ship Bottom is seeking sealed bids for the John J. Guld Recreation Area Improvements project. The core work includes the construction of a new ADA accessible pickleball court, including concrete curbing and perimeter fencing. The project also includes several alternate bids for repairs and reconstruction of existing recreational facilities within the park. The deadline for submitting bid packets is October 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM, and they must be delivered to the Borough of Ship Bottom at 1621 Long Beach Boulevard, Ship Bottom, New Jersey 08008. All Base Bid Scope of Work on this Contract shall be completed within Sixty (60) Calendar Days from Notice of Award, other than final general surface restoration and color coating of the new pickleball court, which must be completed by May 15th, 2026.
