Purchasing Agreement for Technology Print and Marketing Solutions
The City of Somers Point intends to participate in the Omnia Partners National Cooperative for Digital Workspace Solutions, Contract Number #R241202, to purchase Digital Workspace Solutions for the City of Somers Point.
Information regarding this contract may be found at the City of Somers Point City Clerk’s Office, 1 W. New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, NJ 08244 Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as well as through the Omnia Partners National Cooperative website @ www.OmniaPartners.com
The City anticipates utilizing the Omnia Partners National Cooperative contract on or about 3/12/2026. The current Omnia Partners National Cooperative contract term for Contract Number Contract Number #R241202 is Effective until 05/30/2030.
It is the intent of the City of Somers Point, NJ, Jason Frost, QPA, City Administrator, to make a contract award to Konica Minolta Business USA Inc Dba All Covered as needed and determined in the best interest of the City of Somers Point, NJ and to utilize Omnia Partners National Cooperative Vendors, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Omnia Partners National Cooperative National Purchasing Program contract for Digital Workspace Solutions.
The City of Somers Point is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S. A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
