Notice To Bidders - Ocean Avenue Stormwater Repairs Contract No. 126

The City of Somers Point, New Jersey is soliciting bids for the Ocean Avenue Stormwater Repairs project, Contract No. 126. This project involves reconstructing the stormwater system along Ocean Avenue and Bliss Avenue, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary as detailed in the project Drawings and Specifications. The project must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of the written Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall, 1 W. New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, New Jersey 08244 by Friday, March 27, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time. Bids must include a bid security (bid bond or certified check) equal to 10% of the total bid amount, not to exceed $20,000 or be less than $500. Bidders must also include an “Ownership Disclosure Statement” and “Non-Collusion Affidavit.” Contract documents can be examined at Kates Schneider Engineering, LLC, or obtained by emailing info@ksecivil.com. UNLOCK A payment fee of $100.00 is required for hard copies of the documents.
