PURCHASING AGREEMENT
The City of South Amboy intends to participate in the Houston-Galveston Area Council (“H-GAC”) Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of:
One (1) TYPE 1, FORD F450, MODEL 457, AMBULANCE
The AM10-20 AMBULANCE, EMS, and OTHER SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES contract was awarded by the H-GAC.

The City of South Amboy joined the Houston-Galveston Area Council (“H-GAC”) Cooperative Purchasing Program on September 20, 2017. The City’s initial contract term with H-GAC ran from September 20, 2017 through December 31, 2017, with automatic annual renewals.
The City of South Amboy anticipates entering contract on August 18, 2022.
It is the intent of the Governing Body to make the contract award to, Bay Head Investments, Inc dba. VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialist, 43 Jefferson Ave. Berlin, NJ 08009, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the H-GAC request for sealed bids.
The term of the contract between H-GAC and Bay Head Investments, Inc dba. VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialist is October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023.
The City of South Amboy is authorized to award this contract under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
Comment period ends 10 days after ad printing.
