Tree Planting - Spring 2026

The Village of South Orange is seeking proposals for tree planting services to be performed in Spring 2026. Proposals must be submitted to the attention of Ellen Malgieri, Purchasing Agent, and clearly marked “Tree Planting Spring 2026” on the outside. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and has 60 days from receipt of proposals to accept or reject them. The successful bidder must comply with P.L. 1975, c.127 and P.L. 2004, c.57. Proposals are due no later than April 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
