AN ORDINANCE OF STOW CREEK TOWNSHIP 
ADOPTING SALARY RANGES FOR VARIOUS TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEES 
 
 
BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Stow Creek, 
County of Cumberland and the State of New Jersey, as follows: 
 
WHEREAS, the Township of Stow Creek employs various positions which service the 
Township, and 
 
WHEREAS, the Township Committee of the Township of Stow Creek must establish 
certain salaries for these various positions and desires to establish a salary range for these 
various positions,  
 
NOW THEREFORE BE I T ORDAINED that the salary range for the following 
Township positions are as follows:

BE IT ORDAINED, that the salary for a particular year shall be established by resolution 
of the Township Committee of the Township of Stow Creek. 
This Ordinance was passed on 1st reading on March 10th, 2026 at a regularly scheduled 
meeting of the Township Committee of Stow Creek. 
2nd Reading and public Hearing will take place on April 14th, 2026 at a regularly 
scheduled meeting 
This Ordinance shall take effect ………….. upon final passage according to law.
