Bid Ad - 2023 Fall Citywide Tree Planting Project - Receipt of Bids 9-28-23

The City of Summit is soliciting sealed bids for the 2023 Fall Citywide Tree Planting Project. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at City Hall by 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Specifications and proposal forms are available at the Department of Community Services. Bidders must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including ownership disclosure, affirmative action, and business registration requirements. The Common Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after receipt, as per the Local Public Contracts Law. Bids must be enclosed in a properly sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and the nature of the bid.
