Bid Ad- Purchase of (1) Transfer Trailer- Receipt of Bids 11-25-25

The City of Summit is seeking bids for the purchase of one (1) replacement trailer for the Public Works Department. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent, City of Summit, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901, no later than 11:00 A.M. on November 25, 2025. A bid security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00. Bidders must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including those pertaining to ownership disclosure, affirmative action, business registration, and the City's minimum standard insurance requirements. The City of Summit reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals and to waive any minor defects.
