Bid Ad- Repair & Preventative Maintenance of Tier Garage Parking Structure- receipt of bids 4-7-26

The City of Summit is seeking sealed bids for the repair and preventive maintenance of the Tier Garage Parking Structure. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at City Hall, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901, no later than 11:00 A.M. on April 7, 2026. A bid security of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, is required. Specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the Department of Community Services. All work must be completed by June 30, 2027.
