Bid Ad - Ridgedale Ave and Colonial Rd Improvement Project - Receipt of Bids 8-1-23

The City of Summit is soliciting bids for the Ridgedale Avenue and Colonial Road Improvement Project. The project encompasses various construction and repair tasks, including full-depth pavement repair, hot mix asphalt surface course application, and granite block curb installation. A bid security is required, amounting to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not exceeding $20,000, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, payable to the City of Summit. Paving and restoration must be completed by MAY 15TH, 2024, if weather conditions do not support paving before DECEMBER 15TH, 2023.
