Specifications and proposal forms are available at the Department of Community Services, 2nd Floor, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, N.J., during regular business hours (8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday). Bidders must comply with various New Jersey laws, including ownership disclosure, affirmative action, and business registration requirements. The Common Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and consider bids for 60 days after receipt.
