AUTHORIZE BID ADVERTISEMENT
2020 CITYWIDE TREE PLANTING
June 9, 2020
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUMMIT:
That the proper City Officers be and they are hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids for 2020 Citywide Tree Planting, with said bids to be advertised in the Union
County Local Source on Thursday, June 18, 2020, and received by the Purchasing Agent
on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, in the Council Chamber, or a public location on site to be
determined related to COVID-19 restrictions if any, City Hall, 512 Springfield Avenue,
Summit, New Jersey at 11:00 a.m.

I, Rosalia M. Licatese, City Clerk of the City of Summit, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Common Council of said City at a regular
meeting held on Tuesday evening, June 9, 2020.
