Bid Notice - 2021-2022 Walk-In Hardware Supplies - Receipt of Bids 10-27-2020

The City of Summit is soliciting bids for Walk-In Hardware Supplies for the period of 2021-2022. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at City Hall (512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901) by 11:00 AM on October 27, 2020. Bidders must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, including requirements for Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Affirmative Action, Business Registration, and the City’s minimum standard insurance requirements. The bid documents, including specifications and proposal forms, are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 2nd floor, City Hall, during regular business hours. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and the nature of the bid. The Common Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may consider bids for up to 60 days after receipt.
