BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUMMIT:
That the proper City Officers be and they are hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids for the Broad Street Garage Repair Project, with said bids to be advertised in the
Union County Local Source on Thursday, July 2, 2020, and received by the Purchasing
Agent on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, in the Council Chamber, or a public location on site to
be determined related to COVID-19 restrictions if any, City Hall, 512 Springfield
Avenue, Summit, New Jersey at 11:00 a.m.

I, Rosalia M. Licatese, City Clerk of the City of Summit, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Common Council of said said City at a regular
