Bid Notice - City Hall Air Conditioning Cooling Tower Replacement Project - Receipt of Bids 7/17/18

The City of Summit is soliciting sealed bids for the City Hall Air Conditioning Cooling Tower Replacement Project. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901 no later than 11:00 A.M. on July 17, 2018. A bid security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the City of Summit. Specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the Department of Community Services at the same address during regular business hours. A pre-bid conference will be held on July 10, 2018, at 10:00 am at the Department of Community Services, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, N.J., and attendance is strongly encouraged. The Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals and consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt.
