Bid Notice - Curbside Recycling Collection & Marketing July 2022-June 2024 - Rec of Bids 4-26-22

The City of Summit is seeking bids for curbside collection and marketing of recycling materials for the period of July 2022 through June 2024. A bid security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the City of Summit. Bidders must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including ownership disclosure, affirmative action, and business registration requirements. The Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids, waive minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after receipt. Bids are due no later than April 26, 2022, at 11:00 A.M.
