Bid Notice - Edgar Street Improvement Project - Receipt of Bids 6-22-21

The City of Summit is soliciting sealed bids for the Edgar Street Improvement Project. This project involves improvements to Edgar Street, including granite curb installation (1,600 LF), concrete sidewalk construction (200 SY), and hot mix asphalt surfacing (425 tons). Bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent no later than 11:00 A.M. on June 22, 2021, at City Hall. Bidders must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, including prevailing wage, ownership disclosure, affirmative action, and business registration requirements. A bid security of 10% of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000, is required. All work must be completed by October 1, 2021.
