Bid Notice - Purchase and Delivery of Odor Control Chemicals - Receipt of Bids 4/6/21

The City of Summit is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of odor control chemicals. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at City Hall, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901 by 11:00 AM on April 6, 2021. A bid security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the City of Summit. The submission must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and the nature of the bid. City Hall is currently closed to the public, and bids must be placed in the delivery receptacle located in the vestibule of the main lobby on the first floor.
