Bid Notice - Spring 2021 Citywide Tree Planting - Receipt of Bids via Zoom 2-23-21

The City of Summit is soliciting bids for the Spring 2021 Citywide Tree Planting Project. This project involves the delivery and installation of 125 trees at various locations throughout the city. Bids must be submitted virtually via Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions; no in-person submissions at City Hall are accepted. The deadline for bid submission is February 23, 2021, at 11:00 AM. All work must be completed by June 30, 2021. The specifications and proposal forms can be obtained by contacting the Department of Community Services. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including prevailing wage, statement of ownership disclosure, affirmative action, and business registration requirements. The Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals and may consider bids for up to sixty days after receipt.
