City Solicitor 2017

The City of Summit is seeking Qualification Statements from firms and/or persons interested in providing general legal services as City Solicitor. The selected firm must demonstrate the capability and willingness to provide high-quality, cost-effective services. The procurement process is not subject to local public contracts law but is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law. Qualification Statements must be submitted by November 18, 2016, at 4:00 p.m., either by hand delivery, delivery service, or US Postal Service delivery; no facsimile or email submissions will be accepted.
