This document serves as formal clarification to the bid specifications for the above referenced project
scheduled to be received Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Council Chamber, City Hall,
512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901. The following changes have been implemented to this
bid package:
Bid Specifications:
1. The Bid proposal forms now have a column for the "Unit Price."
2. Bid item #20 has been renamed "Remove and Replace 8" HDPE Sewer Main (Including Sewer
Lateral Connections)" in the specifications.
Construction Plans:
1. The name change for bid item #20 as referenced above has also been applied to the
construction plans.
2. Manhole Rim elevations have been revised in the Manhole Schedule on page 11 of the plan
set.
