Planning Board Engineer 2017

The City of Summit Planning Board is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations for the provision of Engineering Services. The RFQ outlines the required capabilities and expectations for providing high-quality services. Respondents must demonstrate professional, financial, and administrative capabilities and agree to work under compensation terms that benefit Summit taxpayers. The selection process is not subject to the bidding provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law but is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law. Qualification Statements must be received by December 2, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time, by hand delivery or regular mail, and an electronic copy must also be submitted.
