Planning Board Planner 2017

The City of Summit Planning Board is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations to provide planning services. This RFQ outlines the requirements and qualifications necessary for those interested in assisting the Board. The selection of Qualified Respondents is not subject to the bidding provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, but is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law. Interested parties must submit their Qualification Statements by December 2, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time. An original, one copy, and an electronic copy of the Qualifications statement must be submitted.
