RFP Comp Contracting-Marketing and Transportation Recycling Materials - Receipt of Proposals 12-5-19

The City of Summit is seeking proposals for the marketing and transportation of single- and dual-stream commingle and fiber recycling materials for the Summit Recycling Center. Proposals are to be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901 no later than 11:00 A.M. on December 5, 2019. Vendors must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, including disclosure of ownership, affirmative action, and business registration. The Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals.
