RFP Competitive Contracting - Grant Writing Services - Responses due 12-28-23

The City of Summit is soliciting proposals for grant writing services. The contract term is for one year, from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, with an option for up to four (4) one-year extensions, for a total contract term not to exceed five (5) years. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent, City of Summit, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901, no later than 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, on Thursday, December 28, 2023. The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be obtained at the office of the City Administrator, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ, during regular business hours. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the Responder's name and the nature of the proposal.
