RFP - DCP 2024 Golf Programming - Responses due 11-28-23

The City of Summit is seeking proposals for Golf Programming to be delivered from January through December 2024. The program should be comprehensive, covering skill development, safety requirements, and proper golf etiquette. The vendor must have at least three years of experience in delivering youth sports and activities in recreation or school settings in New Jersey. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all materials and equipment, background checks for staff, and must maintain a ratio of 1 teacher to 6 students for classes. Invoices are to be submitted within 30 days of program conclusion, with payments based on student enrollment. Multiple contract awards may be made with a "not-to-exceed" amount to be determined by the City. Proposals are due by November 28, 2023, at 4:00 PM.
