RFP - DCP 2024 Movie Events - Responses due 11-28-23

The City of Summit is soliciting proposals for 2024 Movie Events, spanning from January to December 2024. The vendor will serve as the primary entertainment provider at movie events, furnishing a movie screen with a high-definition projector, all required equipment for proper operation, 1000-watt speakers, and a microphone for a pre-movie dance party. The selected vendor must also include a DJ who can engage with the crowd and lead activities for one hour before the movie begins. Proposals should include full vendor contact information, a completed Vendor Response Form, a detailed description of all costs, and any other relevant documentation. Vendor must have a minimum of three years' experience in delivering movie events and DJ services in recreation or school settings in New Jersey. The City of Summit reserves the right to add or cancel movie dates and/or times and/or to alter the schedule at its discretion. Proposals are due by November 28, 2023, at 4:00 PM.
