RFP DCP 2025 Multi-Sports Programming- Responses due 3-19-25

The City of Summit is soliciting proposals for Multi Sport Youth Programming to be delivered from January through December 2025. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive sports program, where a different sport is featured each week, including skill development, safety instruction, and a scrimmage. Vendors must have at least three years of experience delivering youth sports and activity camps in New Jersey and provide a detailed course curriculum, staff training description, and be willing to run the course with a minimum of four students. Proposals should be submitted to David Guida via email at dguidajr@cityofsummit.org, UNLOCK fax at 908-277-2978, UNLOCK or hard copy at 100 Morris Ave, Summit, NJ, 07901 by 4:00 pm prevailing time on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. The proposals must include full vendor contact information, a completed Vendor Response Form, a detailed description of all costs, and any relevant documentation.
