RFP DCP 2025 Pickleball Programming- Responses due 3-19-25

The City of Summit is soliciting proposals for Pickleball Programming services for a term running from January through December 2025. The program should offer comprehensive pickleball instruction, skill development, and safety training, including scrimmages. The vendor must have a minimum of three years of experience in delivering youth sports and activities in recreational or school settings in New Jersey. The vendor is responsible for providing all materials and equipment for the courses. Proposals must include full vendor contact information, a completed Vendor Response Form (pages 4 and 5 of the RFP), a detailed cost breakdown, and any relevant documentation, along with a NJ State Contract or approved New Jersey cooperative pricing system contract number and Vendor number if applicable. Inquiries must be submitted in writing by March 12, 2025.
