RFP - DCP Multi-Sport Youth Programming - Responses due 12-28-23

The City of Summit is seeking proposals for Multi-Sport Youth Programming to be conducted from January through December 2024. The program should be comprehensive, with a different sport played each week, focusing on skill development and safety. Vendors must have a minimum of three years' experience in delivering youth sports and activity camps in New Jersey and must provide a course curriculum, description, and staff training details with their submission. Proposals are due by December 28, 2023, at 4:00 PM and should be submitted to David Guida via email, fax, or hard copy. Proposals must include vendor contact information, the completed Vendor Response Form, a detailed cost breakdown, and any relevant documentation describing the proposed program. The City reserves the right to add or cancel classes, dates, and times, or to alter the schedule at its discretion. The city may award multiple contracts with a “not-to-exceed” amount, to be determined by the City.
