RFP-Residential Energy Audit Services - Receipt of Proposals 10-18-22

The City of Summit, Union County NJ, sought proposals from Business Performance Institute (BPI) accredited auditors to perform residential energy audits. The goal was to identify potential upgrades for homeowners to increase energy efficiency as part of a municipal-wide campaign promoting energy efficiency and the New Jersey Home Performance with Energy Star Program (HPwES). The contract, lasting 24 months, would have covered up to 875 Summit households. Proposals were due by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
