RFQ- 2026 Zoning Board Engineering Services, Planning Services, Attorney Services and or Stenograph

The City of Summit Zoning Board of Adjustment is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations to provide high-quality Engineering Services, Planning Services, Attorney Services, and/or Stenography Services for 2026. The selection process is not subject to the bidding provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, but is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law. Interested parties must demonstrate their professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide the requested services. Qualification Statements must be submitted by hand delivery or regular mail to the Land Use Assistant, Jessica Sands, and be received by 4:00 PM on November 30, 2025. An electronic copy of the Qualifications statement must also be submitted.
