RFQ - Affordable Housing Planner Services 2025- Due Date 12-3-24

The City of Summit is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations for the provision of affordable housing planning services for 2025. The selected firm or organization must demonstrate the capability and willingness to provide high-quality services. The city will review Qualification Statements only from those firms that submit a Qualification Statement which includes all the information required to be included. All Qualification Statements must be received by the City no later than 4:00 p.m. prevailing time on December 3, 2024, and submitted via hand delivery, delivery service, or US Postal Service delivery. Respondents must meet or exceed the professional, administrative, and financial qualifications outlined in the RFQ. The process commences with the issuance of the RFQ on November 6, 2024, and the City may modify, supplement, or amend the provisions of the RFQ through addenda. The selected firm will be expected to comply with all applicable local, State, and Federal laws. By submitting a response to this RFQ, the Respondent acknowledges that it will not propose or charge hourly rates that exceed those listed. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, reputation in the field, knowledge of the City and the subject matter, availability to accommodate the required meetings of the City, and other factors demonstrated to be in the best interest of the City.
