RFQ - Consulting Engineering Services 2024-Responses Due 11-10-23

The City of Summit is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations to provide Consulting Engineering Services. Interested parties must demonstrate their capability and willingness to provide high-quality services. The selection process is not subject to the bidding provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law but is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law and Summit Pay to Play Ordinance. Qualification Statements must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. prevailing time on November 10, 2023, and should be submitted to the City Engineer, Aaron Schrager, at 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit NJ 07901.
