RFQ - DCS Planning Services 2025 - 2026- Responses due 11-20-25

The City of Summit is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations to provide planning services for 2026. This RFQ is intended to identify qualified respondents who possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to deliver high-quality services. Qualified respondents will be given the opportunity to participate in a future selection process determined by the City. All submissions are due by November 20, 2025, at 4:00 PM, and must be delivered either by hand, delivery service, or US Postal Service; electronic submissions will not be accepted.
