RFQ - Planning Board 2022 Professionals - Responses due 10-15-21

The City of Summit Planning Board is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations to provide Engineering, Planning, and Attorney Services for the year 2022. The selected firms will provide high-quality, cost-effective services to the citizens of Summit. No work or compensation is guaranteed upon appointment; instead, the board will approve proposals for projects, including compensation terms, on an as-needed basis through resolutions. Firms must demonstrate the capability and willingness to provide services in accordance with the RFQ requirements. Interested parties must submit a Qualification Statement that meets the professional, administrative, and financial qualifications outlined in the RFQ. Required submissions include an executive summary, letter of qualification, letter of intent, payment conditions and rate schedules form, and other administrative and professional information. The deadline for submission is October 15, 2021, by 4:00 PM prevailing time. Submissions must include an original, one copy, and one electronic copy, delivered by hand or mail. Facsimile transmissions will not be accepted.
