RFQ - Planning & Zoning Services 2024 - Responses due 11/16/23

The City of Summit is seeking Qualification Statements from firms and organizations to provide planning and zoning services. The city intends to qualify persons or firms that possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide high-quality services and agree to work under the compensation terms and conditions determined by the City. The RFQ process is not subject to the bidding provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law but is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law and Summit Pay to Play Ordinance.
