RFQ-Zoning Board 2020 Professionals - Receipt of Proposals 11-25-19

The City of Summit Zoning Board of Adjustment is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations to provide Engineering, Planning, and Attorney services for 2020. The selected firms will provide high-quality, cost-effective services to the citizens of Summit. The Board will approve proposals for projects, including compensation terms, on an as-needed basis via a Resolution of the Zoning Board. Respondents must submit an original, one copy, and one electronic copy of their Qualification Statement to Christopher Nicola, Land Use Assistant, City of Summit, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit NJ 07901, by 4:00 p.m. on November 25, 2019. Qualification Statements forwarded by facsimile will not be accepted. The RFQ process commences with the issuance of this RFQ, with the intent of final approval occurring on January 22, 2020.
