RFQ - Zoning Board 2022 Professionals - Responses due 10-15-2021

The City of Summit Zoning Board of Adjustment is soliciting Qualification Statements from firms interested in providing Engineering, Planning, and Attorney Services for 2022. The selection process is not subject to the bidding provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, but is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law. Interested firms must submit a Qualification Statement that demonstrates their capability and willingness to provide high-quality services. The deadline for submissions is October 15, 2021, at 4:00 PM, delivered either by hand or regular mail, along with an electronic copy.
