RFS - City Forester 2021 - Responses due 01-15-2021

The City of Summit is seeking proposals for a City Forester to provide services from January 1st, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Key requirements include a B.S. Degree in Forestry or a related field and NJ Certified Tree Expert certification. The City Forester will be responsible for inspecting and assessing trees, writing and enforcing specifications, applying for grants, and coordinating with various city departments. Proposals should be submitted to the Acting DCS Director in the Department of Community Services at 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, New Jersey 07901 by 4:00 pm, Friday, January 15, 2021.
