Tax Appraiser Services 2017

The City of Summit is seeking Qualification Statements from firms and individuals for the provision of appraisal services for tax assessments. The City intends to qualify entities that possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide high-quality services and work under compensation terms that benefit Summit taxpayers. The procurement process is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law and Summit's Pay to Play Ordinance. Qualification Statements must be submitted by November 18, 2016, at 4:00 p.m.
