Zoning Board Attorney 2017

The City of Summit Zoning Board of Adjustment is seeking Qualification Statements from firms or organizations for the provision of Attorney Services. The Board intends to qualify firms that demonstrate professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed services and agree to compensation terms that benefit Summit taxpayers. The selection of qualified respondents is not subject to the bidding provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, but is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law.
