Starting September 1, 2004, all business organizations that do business with the Borough of Tenafly are required to be registered with the State and provide proof of that registration to the Borough before the Borough may enter into a contract with the business. This includes firms providing professional services.
"Proof of Registration" means a copy of the organization’s "Business Registration Certificate" issued by the New Jersey Division of Revenue. No other form can be substituted.
