Tiger Drive (rebid)

Tewksbury Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, is soliciting sealed bids for significant Drainage Improvements to Tiger Drive, a project funded by the Township's Capital. The comprehensive scope of work involves extensive roadway reconstruction, including 1,665 square yards (SY) of milling to a 6-inch depth, application of 395 tons of HMA 19M64 Base Course, and 195 tons of HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course. Prospective bidders for the Tiger Drive Drainage Improvements project must meet stringent contractor qualification requirements mandated by the State of New Jersey. All contractors are required to be registered with the NJ Department of Labor under the Public Works Contractor Registration Act (P.L. 2003, c. 91, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.51) at the time of bid receipt. Additionally, bidders must hold current registration with the NJ Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, as per the Business Registration Act (P.L.2004, c.57, N.J.S.A.52:32-44).
