Bidding & Selection of Contractor

The City of Trenton is offering rehabilitation assistance to income-eligible homeowners residing within the city with urgent needs. The Trenton Urgent Rehabilitation Program (TURP) requires property owners to provide three quotes from licensed and insured contractors, with the option to select the lowest responsible contractor or pay the difference. Applications are accepted as long as funding is available and are placed on a waiting list based on the submission date of the completed application. The City reserves the right to amend or close the application period as necessary.
